Who Am I?

Hey everyone! This is Tomas (not Thomas, tho). I’m a 17-year-old high school student building a business from scratch with my laptop and a huge passion to write words that convert but also make communities grow.

I might seem young and inexperienced, but I think that’s an advantage because fresh minds often bring the boldest ideas, and also, who else is going to be better at connecting with people on the internet than a young man who’s chronically online? Yeah, that’s me.

Why copywriting?

I think my love for writing began when I discovered the world of musical theatre after I first saw Hamilton (yes, I’m a big Hamilton fan). What does that have to do with copywriting, though?

Simply, it’s the way both things focus on delivering words in an intelligent way to cause strong emotions in people.

And reading all the intricate ways Lin-Manuel Miranda had to tell that story made me want to do that for a living, but also I love helping people make the right decision when buying new stuff. That’s when I came across copywriting; it was love at first sight.

Fast forward a couple of months later, and I’m here, writing my blog as a kind of diary where I’ll share my journey of becoming a full-time freelancer that helps other people live off of what they really want.

But not only that, I want to help people right away, so I decided to build a community of other copywriters that are just getting started.

Because I know exactly how it feels to be lost and alone, now that the internet is filled with all of these “make-10k-in-a-month” gurus and the contradicting information out there. And especially the uncertainty of the job market today with all this AI stuff.

That’s why I’m here to share my tips that actually work for me, a person like you, not a multimillionaire guru, and build a community where people actually help each other

Because some of the beliefs I live by are that the good things in life must be shared and that the strongest empires are built through community work.

Thank you for reading my story, and if this resonated with you or if you relate to me, I’d love to stay in contact. Join my newsletter to get all the resources that are working today, all the behind-the-scenes of my journey, and, of course, all the ups and downs because this isn’t easy and no one should feel like they have to be perfect.
